Therapeutic Yoga

 
Yoga is, by definition, the joining of body, mind, and spirit. By bringing together the awareness of body and mind through movement, we have a path toward greater ease in our lives.  Our certified yoga instructors can work with you on specific issues in the body through 1:1 yoga.

We can combine a Yoga session before or after a Acupuncture or Massage treatment, based on availability.
