Movement is a key player in healthy living. Our work together restores movement. It is a nudge at times, and others it’s a deep strong touch. Pain is our guide. Each movement is guided by your body cues, some subtle, some very obvious as each session unfolds.
Yoga and meditation teaches me to listen, and influences the Manual Medicine session. A combination of Myofascial release, Feldenkrais Method, & Visceral Manipulation is used to treat your tissues.
Clients breathe better, move better, feel taller and relaxed. Pain is reduced and quality of life improved. This work is for all the systems in your body and has lasting impact.
Due to the gentle nature of these forms of medical massage, it's also a great prenatal massage.

We humans are a dynamic species that have frequently evolving needs. Whether we spend our days sitting at a desk, competing athletically, recovering from an injury, enjoying pregnancy, or needing to relax and unwind from day to day stress, our team of practitioners are here to help facilitate re-connection and awareness as to how your body meets the world. All while therapeutically taking care of your body tissue's needs.
Each one of our licensed massage and bodywork therapists is unique in how they approach the body. They study and learn a systemic approach to the assessing and treating the body. Aside from practicing medical massage, they take continuing education courses in ethics, communication and various modalities of massage. Our therapists listen carefully to your needs, create a safe environment for you, and together come up with a massage session that best suits your needs at the time.
Our therapists know how to balance the connective tissue(fascia) and muscles (myofascia) throughout the body.

In Thai Yoga Massage, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility
