Scheduling Policies

To ensure that we have appointments available when needed by our clients and to better utilize available appointments for our clients in need of care we must request cancellations be at least 24 hrs in advance.    As a courtesy we will send you email/text reminders at least 48 hrs before your appointment.  In the event of a no-show within 24 hrs a fee of $25.00 may be billed to your account.  If there is a no-call and a no show you may be billed the full amount.
